Take a frequency response, for fixed point radiation. For example, max outcome point at centre frequency. Compare output at all pulse frequency harmonics. The ratio of maximum outcome to the component outcome is amplitude co-efficient of the frequency. Thus create whole fourier series. The sum of the series will give you pulse shape. You can create ideal shaped pulse fourier and compare with the antenna outcome shaped pulse & find the distorted part. Even individual harmonic distortion can be calculated taking subtraction of those two in excel.
HFSS provides relative measurement. You can select any one of the parameters of gain or RF field quantity from the analysis. Even reflection coefficient also can be used. Only thing is, one has to take linear scale (No dB results). Rest process I explain in my earlier answer
