one my students completed a research project on SEX EDUCATION and her respondents were high-school teachers when i analyse the her work i found that the answers provided by respondents didn't match with reality,because i know that very few teachers have given true answer. sex education is still taboo in India

As Uchendu Eugene Chigbu 's suggestion implies, anything you can do to make responses anonymous is likely to help. Answering questions alone, in a closed room or booth, via paper, computer, or mobile device is likely far better than answering questions in a large group, or face-to-face with a human survey administrator.
Another family of methods that you might consider is that of randomized response. Here are a couple of references to get you started on that thread:

I would agree with Uchendu Eugene Chigbu and David Morse on the importance of anonymity in research especially when the subject matter is of a delicate nature.
The methodology used is not clear from your question however, may I suggest unstructured or semi structured interviews in a relaxed atmosphere. Furthermore, I believe there might be a bit of a power struggle (student/teacher) interfering with the answers received. If this is the case, the interview schedule in my opinion should contain preparation material and perhaps an opening question about how teachers feel about being interviewed by a student researching sensitive material ... what do you think?
