I'm running COMSOL on a laptop (plugged in) and sometimes I want to stop a simulation when I need to switch to battery, but then I want to continue the simulation later. Specifically, I am doing a frequency scan, say from 1 - 5 GHz and it's only at 2.5 GHz when I need to unplug, so I would like to pause the simulation and then start it again at 2.5 GHz when I plug in again. Following other suggestions (https://www.researchgate.net/post/Is_it_possible_to_stop_the_simulation_in_the_middle_to_check_the_progress_results_and_start_from_the_same_point_in_COMSOL_Multiphysics) to stop the simulation (go to the Progress tab and click "stop") and then continue the study (right click the Study and select continue). After stopping the simulation, I can see the results from the frequencies that were done, but when I "continue" the study, it starts from the beginning (e.g., 1 GHz) instead of picking up where the previous simulation left off (e.g., 2.5 GHz). Any ideas how to have the simulation continue from where it left off?
Thanks!
