I intend to start growing primary cells with fish. Do specific chemicals exist for the sterilization of live experimental fish (cao2, Better Iodine Aqua Solution, H2O2)? If chemicals were added as disinfectants, could that have an impact on the physiological state of the fish because the water flows into the gills? Or is it sufficient to rub the skin 70% Acoh prior to sampling?

In my opinion you cant sterilize the complete live fish, since the microbe cell number is apx 9 times more than total eukaryotic cell population in vertebrates, highly rich in gut and skin. Sanitizing the body surface using ethanol or H2O2 may reduce the microbial contamination but this will not work for visceral organ(liver, gut, gonads etc)
To establish the primary cell culture, i suggest you to isolate the tissue first mince it properly prepare the single cell suspension in PBS and add ethanol so that ethanol will reach 70% in final volume, leave it for 10-15 mins at 4'C or less.
after that you can centrifuge to remove ethanol and pellet out into culture media.
In my opinion you can't sterelize all the fish but you can using 70 perc ethanol alcohol for sterelize the organ which you can using it , leave it for 10 -15 minutes at 4'C or less
