Writing review article on any topics, you should have through knowledge of the subject first, then only you can justify your review work. First go into the research work recently carried by different researchers on that topic or literature available and go through critically on work carried out and literature available. Then write down your observations / conclusion on that topic.

Understand or define the topic (with bounds on it)
Develop a list of key words and search criteria
Determine the journals that you will search (sometimes a simple Google search is not effective in locating the correct papers)
Determine the time line (last 10 years, last 50 years, etc.)
Take the time to look at the titles of papers in the journals selected
Compile the papers
Read the papers
Write a review of the papers
Ola, tens que ponderar/reflectir sobre o que de facto pretendes vir a escrever e aquilo que pretendes vir a transmiti. Sugiro que:
1- Penses de facto naquilo que pretendes escrever;
2- Numa folha, vais escrevendo os aspectos que condideras mais importantes;
3- Faz uma hierarquia daquilo que é determinante;
4- Em função do ponto anterior, procura ser coerente com o que vais escrevendo. Sendo um artigo académico terás que começar pelo enquadramento do estudo, depois a razão/pertinencia do que pretendes transmitir, seguindo-se, a identificação do estado da arte ( o que ja se escreveu sobre a materia ou experiência sobre a materi, seguindo-se o teu objetivo de estudo ( tens que identificar as fontes de pesquisa) ou no caso de experiências que tenhas efectuado, a demonstração e prova ( evidencias) das tuas experiências e qual os resultados, seguind-se uma análise crítica dos resultados.
