in the figure Y is amplitude and Z is phase. my plot is (Z,Y'.').but problem is the Y data shown in positive side in both half cycle .i want to split Y data positive side and negative side using phase versus amplitude graph.

Consider Data related to indices from 0 to pi correspond to positive half cycle and from pi to 2pi as negative cycle data. I suggest you share code so that you may get maximum support from fellows.
