I've modeled a composite without getting any problems and errors, but I don't know main source of this message while my job is running , and at the end there are no result to be shown ! It seems like I've designated zero velocity to my shot !
My job increments going forward and the job is successful at the end though !
Could you please help me on this ?
PS1 : Both of my UMATs subroutines coding are correct and have tested.
PS2 : I've used two user defined materials for two different parts of the model.

Check the B.c and the load(velocity), you can check the model by using Ansys - autodyn.may i can help you in this regard

As Pham said, please check whether you have correctly combined UMAT's in a single UMAT. Also, double check the state variables while combining them.

I think It's not my UMATs error Because I'd tested it before on another model ! but I'll check the BCs for sure!

as others have suggested before,
the UMATs have to be combined in one file.
Normally, I use a material constant in the user material definition
that takes two different values for the two materials.
Then, you use if else in a single UMAT file to assign the different material behaviour to the two part.
First check this, then boundary conditions.

Yeah I solved it! It was due to its mesh type! and that error shown in the picture occurs because my dat file size is too large!
