In order to build a simulink model of the Pand Q inverter please refer to the paper in the link: Article Simulation and Implementation of Grid-connected Inverters,

When you want vary I and Q you can very the magnitude of the current and its phase angle with the voltage.

If you need any assistance in the code please ask the first author.
