I just made a FEM model of tool and workpiece for CEL but what will be the boundary condition and interaction don't understand. please tell me details about lagrangian method and Coupled Eulerian lagrangian method both. Which will suitable for FSP and Why?

Firstly, I suggest to use the welding software such as SYSWELD, SORPAS, SIMUFACT WELDING and etc. In addition, you can find the details of boundary conditions and couples in the each software document. After that, you can simulate the welding process in the finite element software including ANSYS, ABAQUS, PATRAN.
