I designed the inverter and I am trying to design parallel these standalone inverters, I have read many papers and have an idea of actually how it works and controlled, but somehow I have trouble in implementing in simulink. If someone have simulation files on parallel inverters that you could share and explain me. It would be great.

I will try to give a conceptual answer which may help you to bring your circuit working properly. When connecting multiple AC sources in parallel it means that all the outputs of the inverters are connected on the same.
This bus will be have a specified voltage say Vo, so all the inverters must deliver the same output voltage. So the operating frequency of all inverters must be synchronized to a specific reference frequency.
In order to ease the combination of the output of the inverters, one has to operate them in constant current mode by controlling their output current.
The concept is simple it is easier to combine parallel current sources than constant voltage sources.
In summary you have to borrow the control schemes from the grid connected inverters. That is you can solve your problem analogous to the grid conned inveter where the output current of the inverter is made constant and synchronizing the frequency of all the inverts.

Even though your circuit model is designed as per specifications, some times in Simulink Environment Solvers and circuit parameters place crucial role.
You have to choose correct parameters.
