Hi, I am Ashfaque Salman T K, currently pursuing a Master's in Physics at Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin, India. I am learning about the magnetization reversal mechanism in an array of permalloy nanodots as part of my Master's thesis. I simulated 7 disks of diameter 400nm and thickness 60nm and separated by 50nm in an array. Though I got a vortex structure in every disk, the chirality of the vortex structure is not agreeing with previously published literature by K. Yu. Guslienko. The chirality should be the same in every disk, but I got different chirality in 3 disks. I don't understand why? Could anyone please help me to figure out this? Is there any mistake in my code? Here I attach my code and my result and the result from the paper.
