Dear all, I am trying to reproduce the simulation results in the paper "Design and Analysis of a Reconfigurable Holographic Metasurface Aperture for Dynamic Focusing in the Fresnel Zone," which introduces a sound and straightforward design method for slot arrays.
Currently, I am using the TS in CST 2017, a 1.52x150x150mm RO3003 substrate, with PEC as conductor and a simple coax feeding scheme. The mesh is configured to 10 cells per wavelength near the model and is approximately 39M cells. Notwithstanding, I can not obtain the desired field focusing using this configuration.
That is why I am addressing you, aiming to obtain some hints on how to set up the simulation to recreate the result.
