recently I found a new Mendeley plug-in in for Microstoft365 Word. Unfortunately I cannot use it collaborating with peers outside my university. Does anyone has an experience solving this issue?

You have to create a personal Mendeley account (which is free) and synchronize it with your local device, such as your desktop.
Richard O. Ocaya Thx for your advice. However, as I understood Adam Pawlicz question, the problem is related not to Mendeley Cite plugin, but to Microsoft Office 365. We cannot easily cooperate using Microsoft Office 365 as we have an access to different licenses (organizations). The problem is that one can only invite contributors from different licenses (organizations) as guests by sharing the link. Just to clarify, guest account functionality is limited, and sometimes we don't want to create an access by link. We prefer to edit the Microsoft Word file online with particular persons (not guests) instead, having also paid plan of Microsoft Office 365, but covered by different license (organization). I would be thankful if you or anyone have a solution for this issue reported by Adam Pawlicz .
