Currently we are discussing an exciting and essential topic for all of us, namely about the plan to create an international organization for lecturers and researchers. To be able to get responses and support from all the students in this RG, we would like to share this discussion with all colleagues on this RG platform. We don't yet know an effective and polite way to do it. Please help fellow scholars to explain what we should do.

The idea of " international organization for lecturers and researchers" is not clear enough.
First of all, you should prepare at least one page of information about the proposed organization: the goals, duties of lecturers and researchers, qualifications, benefits, the required degrees, etc...
