How to set the window size in neural network using nntool?For example:In modelling a wind energy system in microgrid, we have implemented feedforward neural network and we have set the window size to some value say 4.Then how to set the window size to 4 in nntool?
You can set the window size with, learnlv2, which is the LVQ2 weight learning function. If you mean by window size, the net and data dimensions, it is done by pre-processing the data and set the target data according to that. Check the MATLAB NN attached guide.

You cannot customize a lot with App. If you want to train not with default values, change values/parameters on code.

The solvers update the parameters using a subset of the data each step. This subset is called a mini-batch. You can specify the size of the mini-batch by using the'MiniBatchSize' name-value pair argument of trainingOptions.
