I am not sure about This software, But Bimaterials can be easily modeled using the normalization approach, Abaqus uses the same technique where you have to give Saturation concentration(Solubility) limit for each materials, It uses a constant phi = C/S, where C is the concentration, S is the solubility so the nodes that are being shared by the two materials will reach same constant at the interface, This approach is mainly used to overcome the discontinuity issue in modelling multimaterials.

hallo Elwin, I am not familiar with the programming - but when you talk about porosity I am thinking of a solid material - the ones you show are mentioned as liquids. Do you want to simulate the diffusion of a liquid within liquids or solids? If it is about solids your geometry looks to me like stacked layers and than the simulation of the diffusion would be more or less to solve the equations at the boundary between both layers (similar to a phase equilibria etc.). If you want to simulate an ideal mixture I agree with Sabarinathan to focus on a normalization approach.
