I changed grid parameters and kept in the configuration file and it's running normally in Autodock Vina (with default spacing). Now if I want to change default spacing, how should I write it in the configuration file or it is not required? Then how autodock will know that since I am giving all other parameters in the configuration file.

Vina calculates its own grid maps automatically and in a different way from AutoGrid. As far as i know, spacing is not a user-defined feature in Vina.
When using Autodock and AutoGrid, you can set the spacing parameter in the grid parameter file (gpf) for the AutoGrid operation, or I guess it can also be set from the GUI.

You can not alter Space parameter in Vina. If you need to change it, you will have to utilize Auto Dock 4.2. In that way, you enable to carry out blind docking.
