How to select sgRNAs for CRISPRi and CRISPRa?

I wish to use the CRISPRi and CRISPRa strategy to inhibit or activate ncRNA expression. The websets desine sgRNA on both stands of a sequence. My question is that should I pick the sgRNA on the plus (+) strand as taking into account of the transcriptional direction? Or it dose not matter?
