I have a matrix with x rows and 2 columns. I want to select the row which has minimum value in both columns. But the problem is minimum value does not occur at the same time in a row. Is there any way to deal wit this?
I am using gamma distribution for correcting bias in satellite based precipitation. Can you suggest me to handle zero values ?
