We have prepared silicon powder, which contains 30 nano to 9 micron range. We checked around 35% of particles are less than 1 micron. We want to separate these 35% particles from the rest. Any of you can suggest me any available instrument for the same?

I think you can choose simple filter paper or membrane filter with pore size of 1 micron to separate your desired particles from particles dispersion.

For large particles, you can use filter paper with a different pore size
but Smaller particles can be separated by Centerifuge
