How to segment the sky regions in a image?

how to segment the sky regions in a image? when you process a hazy image,we should get the effective global atmospheric light to obtain the dehazing image. Do you have any method? or have any

character in the sky regions?

Thank you for your suggestion. I have read lots of papers about dehazing, but I find many strategy can not solve the effective global atmospheric light. Because they can not separate the sky regions. At present, there is no better way to separate the sky regions.
