Dear People, 

I have an PEDOT:PSS layer which is very sensitive to Water and Photoresist S1813.

For this I want to coat an Al saccrification layer on top of the PEDOT which has to be etched now. All I know, is that RINSING WITH ETHANOL IS A BAD IDEA. Is there anything else I can use? (Without danger of explosion and toxic gas ;-)
