I work on rotavirus epidemiology and have created my phylogenetic trees through MEGA6 . We are hereby required to mention the serotype of the particular strain in brackets, for example, G1P[8], where P[8] is the serotype . But the third bracket of the serotype is getting removed automatically after tree generation. Can anyone suggest what we can do to retain the bracket in the rotavirus strain name in the tree itself? I earnestly request an early reply as the matter is urgent.
