Please suggest me an easier way to report the results of Spearman's correlation. Though the matrix is lengthy i-e; 12 X 12. How can I report it in least word count(around 200)?
There is no way around the fact that you have dozens of correlations to report. Just use a table. Reference the table in your text: something like "Table 1 displays the correlations between..." and proceed to discuss the findings that actually matter. The Table goes on a separate page at the end of your paper, after the References but before any Figures. Most journals will not hold a table against you in terms of word count, though they may count it as a page.
If you are submitting to a conference and the on-line system for submissions counts everything as a word, do not include the table. (It probably won't come through properly when printed anyway.) Just report the essential correlations in your proposal and explain that all results will be presented with your poster or paper.
