Two weeks ago i discovered that my article in 2012 was re-published again in another journal (in this International Journal of Current Research in Multidisciplinary Studies, http://ijournalcrims.com/) in 2017. What is more surprising is that all articles posted in their journal were actually published previously in another journal (i checked it one by one). They make it appear that they have lots of published paper to attract potential authors. I contacted the journals' administrator and i asked them to remove my article in their website and they said they will talk to the editor regarding my complaint. I need help on how to report this journal.
The author must report to the concerned journal editor...But if is very not referred journal means you don't expect reply...While referred journal means the journal editor will take further actions..This is my personal opinion...
I searched the profile of the editor, unfortunately, it appears that the editor is non-existing.
You might consider submitting the case to COPE, the Committee on Publication Ethics: https://publicationethics.org/cases (Note the list of links to potentially relevant information in the column on the right where advice could have been given previously.)
I would suggest that you check to determine whether a similar case has been discussed before, reading the advice given. If this is not helpful, and if you believe your case to be significantly different from those discussed already, make sure that emphasise where the difference lies in your submission. This advice is given on the website, "... look at the database before submitting a case to the Forum to see if similar cases have already been discussed and to see the format used for presenting cases."
