It depends on the solubility of the compound you are trying to isolate and the protonation state of the NEt3. If it deprotonated, you can use vaccuum (bp is about 90 degrees) or rinse with a non-polar solvent like ether. If it is protonated, you can wash with water, methanol, ethanol, etc.
