How to remove strip line error in Digital Elevation Model (DEM)?

I am getting strip line error in CARTO 10 m DEM. There is one strip of no data value strip which is causing error in hydro morphological operations.

The best option would be fill these with alternate DEM such as ASTER, SRTM or CartoDEM (30m).
