I am trying to design 4x4 microstrip array on cylindrical surface but its showing"

Dear Habeeba Khan , your problem has few solutions. You can increase the memory size. As an example, I use 32 GB RAM. On the other hand, you can decrease the sise of your antenna array (from meters to millimeters). And maybe can use bigger or adaptive sizes of cells for a Meshing
Habeeba Khan it maybe because of low memory. HFSS sometimes require huge memory, depending upon the structure. ( you can add two computers using HPC setting, I don't know exact setting but you can try. But, first try to increase the no of cores in the setting, by default it is set to one)
Look at the convergence data. If is takes, for example, 5 passes when the "out of memory" error occurs, set the max. number of passes to 4. The result may not be very accurate (indicated by delta S value for say pass 4 in example above), but may be sufficient to give you some meaningful results.
On the other hand, you can try to limit mesh size by simplifying your structure (remove small features) or use lossless materials for the initial iterations.
