fecal samples were homogenized with glass beads in sterilized water and centrifuged at 4000rpm for 5 minutes.

tried to pass the liquid through a syringe filter but does not pass through the filter unless diluted x300 which is too low of a concentration for HPLC analysis.Need recommendation for cell removal for homogenized sample.
