I mixed CMC in water using dispermat mixer. Unfortunately I am unable to remove the trapped bubbles? I have tried vacuuming the solution to remove the bubbles but it did not help. Can someone suggest me any method to remove the bubbles other than using sonicator mixer?
Use a centrifuge. There are mixers that have this feature built in (like the Thinky AR-100) and may be worth the investment if you need to mix the material frequently.

Depending upon its viscosity, you can try and spread it over an inert surface to get a very thin layer. This will help in removing bubbles naturally and quite fast. After that it can be slowly collected without further trapping any air bubbles.

You might actually try placing the beaker in an ultrasonic bath. We have found this can actually collect small bubbles in a solvent into one large one which then rapidly floats to the surface.
Thank you everyone. I mixed it using Dispermat mixer at 3000rpm and then slowly mixed it at 500rpm to release the bubbles. The results were satisfactory.
