Recently I am working on ArcGIS and faced some problems like when I covert a classified raster data to vector using Raster to Polygon in Arcgis, the pixels near the boundary are missing and that's why the areas also declining. For that reason, I cant Calculate the area difference between two different images. Because the area decreases and it shows different areas in each image. So I am looking for a solution that, is it possible to convert raster to vector without losing any data. How can I solve the problem of pixel missing? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure why it is happening like this, but just make sure that you are using similar projection and resampled images or not. Also, maybe the following link can be useful to you:

Hello Asif Alvee Khan. In general it should be possible to convert a raster layer into a polygon layer, without loosing any pixels. Did you select "NO_SIMPLIFY" (parameter: simplify (Optional)) when you used the "Raster to polygon" tool. If not, the resulting polygons will be smoothed into simpler shapes and you "loose" some pixels.
