Hi, the best to do if you are using MATLAB is to save the plots as .fig files in addition to .png or .pdf files. By doing so, all the data are saved.

There are lot of freely available software in net. Download any one and fix (x, y) at the three locations and give the values. This will serve as reference . Same trend can be applied for the curve also.

You can use in Linux, e.g. Engauge Digitizer. When you want to improve the rasterized original, you can use the bitmap to vector graphics converter program autotrace before digitizing.
