I am looking to cool down the temperature inside a Plexiglas box to low temperature (-40 C) while controlling the humidity level as well.
Any suggestion Please?
Connecting a liquid nitrogen tank, a desiccator, and vacuum pump could work? And will not cause any damage to the Plexiglas chamber (box)?

If you can set a flow through your box, you can cool it down with a cold gaz flow with controlled humidity.
If not, you can cool it down by adding a cold surface into your box. The humdiity could the be controlled by adding vapour when needed, and by cooling the suface at the dew point you want. IN this case, you should control the temperature with a heater.
Note that, if in the lab, your plexiglas box will be quicly covered with condensed ice.
