Everyone knows that most cities in the world suffer of the traffic congestion problem, regardless of the pollution resulting from the gases emitted by different trucks movement. For these reasons, the engineers have studied the possibility of making tunnels networks which became essential to ensure a smooth flow of people. On the other hand, it is true that the realization of tunnels under cities could solve the problem, but we have observed significant settlements at the surface of some cities and consequently, the development of cracks on the walls of buildings and road networks. Here comes my question about how to minimize the settlement of buildings at the surface of cities caused by tunnels networks during and after their realization?
