One of the greatness challenges that a young and upcoming researcher face is plagiarism, am sure that a number of us suffered bountiful rejection due to plagiarism. Can you just share your view on how to reduce plagiarism to the minimum level accepted by Journal Publishers?

Use reference to a source when you cite somedoby's work. Even if it is your own old work.
Honestly give credit to original author if cited, use double quoation marks for sentences of others, followed any standard citation style, give references at the end of manuscript, cite in text in text citation, pharaphase the the work ...
Based on my own experiences, a scientist should develop the text of manuscript based on his/her written style in order to avoid Plagiarism. In addition, strong manuscript should derived from original scientific sources.
All the responses here are great. Try your best to rephrase the sentences and don't forget to cite. When you are done with your work, you can check for plagiarism using software's like Grammarly. It will help you detect if there are some sentences that need to be further checked.
