Pras, Apologies if I am completely mistaken. But if your goal is to remove ash to make the pellets a better fuel couldn't water wash the ash out? The pellets would then, of course, need to be dried. Or might the ash be shaken out on a mesh conveyor?
I think problem will be solve if you use at least 4 type of biomass combination and burn these pallets with force draft combustion device
As the specific gravity and calorific value of sole palm wood pellets will be less it will results but if we can mix some charcoal or other better combustible additives the palm biopelltes ash content can be reduced.
