First time I'm doing Rietveld refinement of Quaternary Heusler Alloy. I am not able to reduce the value of Chi2 below 5.6. There is disorder in my sample, please suggest me how I can find out the amount of disorder. I'm attaching the pic of the Rietveld refinement.
If there is any suggestion, most welcome.

You got the principal peaks, but there are some peaks that are not refined. Check around 40 2theta, there is the highest peak, and there is another a little bit to the right. And from your unit cell peaks, you can see 2 reflections almost overlapping. Try to change a,b,c axis of your cell and check if this get better. Feel free to reply if you need help.

In Bragg position, you see there is two Bragg position corresponding to one reflection. So, If your XRD pattern is recorded with only one X-ray wavelength then use lambda_1, And Lambda_2 should be the same where you enter the information about X-ray in Fullprof software.
