Hello!

I am using CIRAS-IRGA to record the physiological parameters of ginger plants under partial shade conditions at three different intervals (8:00 am, 11 am, 2 pm). The physiological parameters include net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, sub-stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, and photosynthetic active radiation. But due to some unforeseen reasons, the IRGA shows zero value for stomatal conductance, sub-stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate. The chemicals were timely changed while CO2 cartridge is also replaced every time for data recording. Kindly guide me in this regard. Thank You.
