I am trying to find the optimum temperature and speed for 3D printing a specimen from Carbon fiber material.

For the above experiment I have printed 18 specimen at different temperatures and at different speed. After which I have performed

a tensile test on 18 of them through which i have found the various properties such as Young's Modulus,Yield Strength and Ultimate tensile strength from the experimental data by writing a script in Matlab.

Now I have plotted using surface command in matlab temperature, speed and there respective young's modulus .Now I want to draw some conclusions or find the optimum temperature and speed for printing the specimen but I don't know how to read 3D surface graph .Could any body help.

Thanks

please find the attached matlab script for the same.
