Glycerin's freezing point is appx 18 degree Celsius. Is there any method increasing freezing point above 18 degC upto 24 degC. I want to freeze glycerin but there is no crystal formation even after achieving 0 to -4 degC temperature. Also if it is kept open in environment, it absorbs moisture from air which leads to increase in water content in pure glycerin leading another drop down in freezing point. Is there any method to remove moisture from glycerin, by that way can we keep freezing point at 18 degC.
