How to quantitatively measure sulphur oxidation from a medium?

I want to measure and confirmed if sulphur content in my medium being oxidise by bacteria

Hi,

you could use HPLC measurements for the determination of Sulfur and/or ion chromatography for the determination of the sulfur oxidation products like sulfate of thiosulfate
