I'm going to start a Dunaliella salina culture in an aquarium, but I need some professional experiences:
1. What should the culture medium consist of ?
2. How to quantify the percentage or number of individuals in a given solution, for example, in 100 ml of my initial solution containing Dunaliella and that I will put in 5 liters of water (my culture medium)?
3. For the study of its morphology, do I have to fix them as bacteria or limit their movements with a specific reagent?
4. Can the Dunaliella return to the (GREEN) state after being (ORANGE)?
5. What I need for the moment is how to realize a good sampling in my aquarium to know about how much Dunaliella individual are there ...
