I am new to PC1D, trying to model a PERL solar cell with the input parameters taken from the paper which is attached here. I don't know how to put a surface passivation layer and ARC on the cell.
in parameter view, double click on Internal optical reflectance enabled under Device portion. there you can modify reflectance value of ARC

When coming to ARC it is having different RI for different wavelengths which one should be selected.
For each diffusions like N+ and P+ they are having different SRVs like passivated and contacted which one should be used, whats the difference between these two.
you can import reflectance data. if base material is p-type then you need to insert as front surface recombination velocity of n+ region and SRV of p+ can be used as back surface recombination velocity.
