Hello everyone. ! I am currently working on a project, PDMS (Bonded on Glass) based microchannel. The project is about, need to find the particles flow inside the microchannel along with particle choking.
But the problem is, I want to know more about how to create or punch a hole on the PDMS Microchannel in an easy way. !
My microchannel has 1 inlet and 3 outlets, I want to punch a hole and need to attach the tubes.

Hi,
in our lab we use biopsy punches with the same diameter or a bit smaller diameter as the tube. For instance, for 1/16" capillaries we have successfully used 1.6 mm and 1.5 mm punches. Make sure to remove any pdms residues out of the punched hole. Afterwards, you can simply bond your channels as you are used to.
