Hi everyone,

I have a microfluidic device prepared from PDMS, bonded on glass, and polystyrene beads 5g powder (5 and 20 Micron Particles size).

I do not know how to make Polystyrene beads solution and how to avoid Polystyrene beads sticking to PDMS Microchannel via a syringe pump.

I heard Polystyrene beads get stick to the PDMS channel walls or at edges, even at inlet opening and block the flow.

Kindly help me with how to make PS beads solution and how to avoid the stickiness to have a smooth flow.
