How to provide 1mhz frequency through a 20khz probe sonicator? I mean how to calculate the total frequency?

My research is basically on the synthesis of tryptophan nanoparticles through ultra sonication? Required amount of sonication is 0.3mhz-1mhz given to the sample, but here we have just probe Sonicator with a frequency of 20khz,, now i am confused how to calculate it to gain the required range of frequency to be passed to the sample?
