The circuit is shown in the attached picture, It is difficult to find the transfer function right know .In the figure Ictrl is the dc current coming after thyristors switching and Irms is the rms of ac current PI controller is used to remove steady state error . I want find the stabilty of the PI contoller mathematcially . I want to tune the controller automatically to mind kp ki parameters.

You may want to add some sort of filter at the output of your thyristors. In this way you will some relationship between the input and the output. Use this relationship with your PI controller to check the stability of your system.

Is your "Tdelay" effecting the duty cycle of your tyristors because otherwise it seems to be an open loop system?
