Predatory dumping is the most insidious weapon in the hands of adventurers. In the new computer world, it will be easier to overcome this evil, if prices are subject to registration and analyzed in all countries - this will not interfere with the free price mechanism, but it will easily detect any dumping and penalize it accordingly.
P.S. For example, I conducted different studies in the conditions of the new independent economy of Georgia. Studies have shown, that after political independence, the country was rendered so economically dependent, that it actually lost its unique agriculture almost on 80-82% and the practically all processing industry on 95-98%. This caused and made by a predatory dumping. Many villages and even some formerly famous industrial centers are virtually empty. Now anti-measures are carried out, but the consequences were very difficult and the situation could not be fixed quickly. International support is required.
