Hi, every one.

I am planning single cell RNA seq + single cell ATAC seq. I will do 10X capture and library prep here in the US.

And then, I will ship the libraries to South Korea for sequencing.

Although I think the libraries may be stable for temperature change, I am wondering how I can ship these samples safely.

I will use FedEx and I think it takes about 3 days for air-shipping.

Can I ship them under room temperature?

Or do I have to put the sample box in dry ice?

Or do I need to use liquid nitrogen tank to keep the samples frozen?

In addition, is there anything else I have to pay attention for safe air-shipping of libraries for sequencing?

Thanks so much in advance.
