Thank you Mr. Vishnu D Rajput for your link. I see this article earlier. Here ready-made yeast used for extract powder, but i want yeast culture first instead of ready-made yeast used. Although this article helps to me. 

use the same protocol as if you had fresh culture but use half less "cell volume" and break them with glass beads. to increas DNA quality you can reaxtract from the first DNA pellet (without beads).

I produced RNA from LSA (actived dried yeast) with our standard trizol protocol.
